POTENTIAL SIGN ON BONUS

$110,000 - $145,000 plus car allowance and bonus

My client is largest independent OE Aftermarket Supplier of engine and transmission remanufacturing IN THE WORLD. And we are growing. State of the art equipment, elegant engineering practices, and smart business decisions allows my company to reduce waste and lower cost to our clients. We pursue growth industries globally and need to add depth to our growing staff.

SUMMARY

  • Directs activities between the Company and customers or potential customers which affects sales, customer service, order posting, pricing, billing, core tracking and on-time delivery of component parts customers and tier-one suppliers. Ensure that customer demands and expectations are met by effectively resolving business related issues and maintaining stable customer relations through frequent customer contacts. Promote expanded business opportunities by exploring potential needs that can be fulfilled by the Company by performing the following duties.


Essential Accountabilities:

  • Assist The Company in any manner required to promote customer satisfaction and to secure current business as well as attract new business.

  • Work directly with The Company and Customer accounting offices to ensure full and timely payments for all services rendered.

  • Work directly with The Company Purchasing, Materials and Accounting to process/monitor and maintain assembly and component part pricing.

  • Visit Customer and tier-one suppliers as required to maintain on-time delivery of component parts.

  • Committed to a safe and accident-free work environment.

  • Assist The Company on issues affecting material and pricing claims with Customers and tier-one suppliers.

  • Assist The Company with issues affecting freight payments with Customers and tier-one suppliers.

  • Coordinate engineering changes/updates that affect pricing between The Company and Customer Engineering and Purchasing.

  • Assist Drivetrain Purchasing/Materials with pricing and material issues affecting Customer plants and tier-one suppliers.

  • Assist The Company Purchasing with excess/obsolete materials programs.

  • Coordinate backorder meetings between The Company and Customer’s on an as needed basis.

  • Help monitor customer satisfaction through customer surveys and other feedback mechanisms.

  • Maintain a high level of customer interface to ensure prompt resolution to customer complaints and problems.

  • Negotiate and maintain long-term contract agreements between The Company and Customer’s. Issue contract supplements as required to meet the ATC Company’s Quality


System requirements:

  • Adhere to the policies, procedures and instructions of the Quality and Materials systems.

  • Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.

Educational Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Interpersonal Competence:

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Supervisory Competence:

  • None required
